About Us

New Wine Christian Fellowship is a Non-Denominational Church, which the Lord called my wife Angela and me to start in LaPlace, LA in July of 1995. New Wine is located at 1929 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, LA which is about 17 miles South of New Orleans International Airport. We started in our home with approximately 12 people, and since that time God has blessed our ministry in a tremendous way. We are currently ministering to several hundred people who gather for fellowship on a weekly basis. It is our vision to work together with other local churches to evangelize the thousands of unreached people in our area.

The mission of New Wine Christian Fellowship is to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.

Matthew 28:19 “To go into all the world and make disciples”

Mark 12:30-31 (NIV) Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

We will accomplish this by working together with the Body of Christ in the River Parishes to evangelize the unchurched and disciple those whom the Lord sends us. Our reliance is on the Holy Spirit who comes to equip us to preach to the poor, to heal the broken hearted, to release those who are captive, to bring recovery to those who are blind, to set free those who are oppressed and downtrodden, and to proclaim that God is ready to give blessings to all who come to Him. (John 16:13, Luke 4:18, Jeremiah 33:3)
